Our Privacy and Protection of Personally Identifiable Information Policy and Data Protection Policy have been developed in line with the requirements of the 1995 European Union Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC) and the General Data Protection Regulation (in force from 25 May 2018) and applicable national law.

2. What personal data do we collect?

We will collect data about you when you interact with us, either through our website, product or services. The personal data we collect and process includes;

5. How long will you keep my personal data?

In accordance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations, we will not keep your personal data for any purpose longer than necessary to fulfil the original purpose.

If you are a customer, we will keep your personal data for the length of any contractual relationship you have with us and after that for a period of up to 7 years.

In addition to this;

– If you choose to opt-out we will remove all personal data we hold relating to you, which you registered with us, within one calendar month of receiving the request. Provided there is no legitimate business reason for us to retain this data. 

6. Where is my data stored?

The personal data that we collect from you will be stored securely on our servers in the UK. This is outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and is processed by staff outside of the EEA.

7. What are my rights in relation to my personal data?

As a data subject you have the right, with some exceptions, to request;

– copies of any personal data that we hold on you;
– the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes;

– the right to withdraw consent to us processing your data at any time; and
– the right to request the erasure of any data that we hold on you.

9. How we collect data

We collect information directly from you or via a web form. Other forms of data collection that we use include;
