Do you have previous experience of leading sales activities and are you someone who understands digital communications and how/where value can be added to a business? Invotra Consulting are looking for a person able to develop and build B2B relationships to identify, nurture and close all new project opportunities.
Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Networking within specific sectors to create new business opportunities
Follow up all Marketing Qualified Leads to generate sales opportunities
Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Undertake a consultative sales approach and generate engaging conversations
Deliver knowledgeable presentations to prospects on the services we provide
Provide prospects with cost-benefit analysis to meet their requirements
Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts
Take ownership of your area and effectively sell a comprehensive service portfolio
Plan, prioritise and manage activities to achieve targets
Set manage and and nurture customer expectations through pipeline from lead opportunity to close of sale
Coordinate sales campaigns
Provide management with regular reports detailing sales/prospect status
Market and promote our portfolio of services by writing and designing sales literature
Support our Marketing team through tender application processes
You will be expected to collaboratively contribute to campaign ideas and potential target markets to enable data collection exercises in order to provide you with a target list. You will work with both the Marketing and Consulting teams to build and establish your own prospects, as well as confidently execute marketing qualified leads that are provided to you from campaign activity.. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within given timelines
2 or more years as a sales representative preferably B2B
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive relationships
Motivated, enthusiastic and target driven with a proven track record
Self-starter, organised with the ability to analyse key information.
An understanding of sales methodologies and the application of structure to successful sales campaigns
An up-to-date working knowledge of the digital communications industry
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
The skills to work both independently and be a strong team player
An understanding of cloud technology platforms
SaaS sales/marketing experience
Knowledge of the Internal Comms and/or intranet space
£23-27k basic + Commission OTE £50k
