At the centre of every service, a clear, defined strategy, and employee engagement is vital.
To help you with this, we will work alongside you to review your current strategy, and facilitate stakeholder interviews and/or workshops that focus on discovering the challenges, and goals your stakeholders have.
We’ll host a creative stakeholder workshop with the primary focus of understanding the collective thoughts of the wider team, around what is and isn’t working with your content and communications strategy.
We’ll individually interview your stakeholders using a number of techniques such as questionnaires and surveys helping us to establish a clear understanding of their thoughts on your content and communication strategy.
We will review and understand your content and communication strategy, everything achieved so far, and understand any challenges preventing you from delivering.
Together, we’ll look at your initial vision and what you set out to achieve, and review your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to see how you’re performing to date.
We will review your platforms and the content hosted there to understand how effectively the components have been created/configured to comply with WCAG 2.1
