We’ll look at your content creation cycle and the workflow different types of content follows, in order to identify any processes that can be simplified and streamlined for your users and stakeholders.

Insight analytics

Here we will focus on bringing together the analytics from multiple internal communications platforms to get a better understanding of how useful your information is and identify ways of which we can share best practises across your platforms.

Search analysis

As part of this phase, we’ll focus on the performance of the search operations on your internal communications platform. We'll look at your analytics and speak to users to understand the types of information they need to do their jobs to identify how to improve your search.
