We are looking for a passionate, hard-working individual with excellent verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate will provide clear, structured communications and have excellent attention to detail to work with us to manage and deliver a range of consulting and development projects for existing and new customers.
You will collaborate and work closely with internal resources and customers to effectively coordinate projects from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met and commercial objectives are achieved. It is critical for this role that you are a confident, strong communicator as there is a requirement to speak with our customers as part of presentations and project progress calls.
Confidently and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams throughout all stages of a project.
Plan and coordinate projects for customers within agreed time, cost and quality expectations.
Creation of detailed project and milestone plans that meet the timelines agreed with our customer.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, identifying project dependencies and pathways.
Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and acting accordingly.
Be familiar with the broader context of the project in order to maximise your understanding of requirements.
Support the delivery, implementation and transition into live service for each of your projects.
Assist other project managers to deliver projects on time with defined quality.
Using tools, such as Gantt charts, smartsheet, GSuite, MS Teams to create and visualise communications and project plans.
Using our task management system to support and organise projects ensuring all tasks are kept up to date.
Close the project and evaluate successes and challenges with the wider delivery team to enhance learning for the next project.
Attend project lessons learned sessions to contribute to how we can improve our processes and approach for future projects.
Contribute towards our growth and expansion efforts by helping us build a business network and increase brand recognition.
Attending meetings, customer workshops, preparing agendas, minutes and acting on outcomes when appropriate.
