We are looking for a passionate, hard-working individual with good verbal and written communication skills to work with us to build and promote a brand that disrupts the digital communications market, allowing us to become a leading supplier for user research and digital accessibility services across the UK.
Creation and distribution of branded collateral that will be used to support marketing campaigns/sales efforts (e.g. case studies, press releases etc)
Creation of content for the website, whitepapers, articles, sales presentations and marketing
Building excellent working relationships with new prospects to maintain an ongoing pipeline of business
Help create and push on and offline campaigns around trending topics to increase engagement
Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns
Conducting competition research to help us understand our target market
Accurately recording all communications on our internal CRM system
Presentation internally on the performance of marketing
Design support and content populating for tender submissions in order to win new business
Generating quality outbound leads and following up on inbound enquiries
Help plan and support the set up of online and offline marketing campaigns and events
Interviewing customers and staff ahead of creating marketing collateral promoting the activities
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure business targets are being met
Basic understanding of SEO in order to analyse keyword research
Ability to maintain and improve our website, actively monitoring visits in order to transition into pipeline leads
Working knowledge of digital communications and willing to keep up to date with new software and techniques.

At least 1 years experience in Digital Marketing
Computing/technology experience
Understanding of web design
Experience creating and managing social media

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
Knowledge of the Digital Communications and/or website space
Excellent attention to detail
B2B experience
Graphic design experience
Experience in digital advertising (i.e. Google Ads, LinkedIn)
2 years experience with digital or software
Experience managing budgets
Technology minded
Some understanding of SEO
Basic understanding of HTML
Email marketing experience
Lead management experience
Project management skills
£23k basic per annum (Commission OTE £28k)
